Intermitted loss of power from the neck
« on: November 23, 2022, 12:52:27 PM »
Hi guys, been a while since ive posted here but having an intermittent issue with my miracle man set. The bridge has always performed percetly, however sometime when i switch to the neck, there seems to be a loss of "power". Its kind of like the gain has been reduced significantly and it doesnt sound as it should. I can often fix it by toggling the switch another few times, but its not ideal if im playing live. Ive taken the back plate off and all the connections look secure. I have had it looked at once a few years back and they seemed to fix it, not sure how and Ive moved away from the area now. Any initial thoughts? I have a soldering Iron so I could attempt to melt the existing solder and replace but not sure its worth the risk of destroying the pot completely.

thanks in advance!
