This is a call to a mobile phone - Caller ID barring can be enabled on the phone and apart from going to the mobile phone company there is no way to trace it back.

Although I have found a strange thing - one of my friends had number barring as a default from his company - when he calls me I get 'Private Number' calling - however, when he sends me a text message I get the originating number - so unless WFD can get the person to send him an SMS message.....

i ALREADY CONTACT IT, but its a slow process, and i argued with my Gf because of that and shes not talking with me
so, im on my own tryign to do it.
also, any requirements must be done by the cellphone owner, in this case, its SHE.

unless someone here have any knowledge of techniques that could get the number whois calling For Me.

Not an awful lot you can do. If you can get an email sent to a pc then you might be able to read the 'header' information, which will hopefully contain the originating email address, but it might not, and unless you can get hold of the email, that won't help you.

I know on land lines that even when a number is 'withheld' it's still transmitted but with an extra code that stops it being displayed, with the right gear you can still read it. I'm not sure if that is true of mobile phoes though, and even if it is, you'd need some pretty specialist gear to be able to read that information.

Your GF needs to make the complaint, nothing else is going to work.
