the problem is that : those calls are pointed not to my cellphone, but to my GF'S cellphone
and its telling a lot of things about me. all of them, UNTRUE AT ALL.
and so, it extends to sms messages and emails with the same content
I want to find out whois $%&#ing messing with us, otherwise, it will not stop that easy.
all those obvious solutions i lready tried or dont want to try cause it either not work or delay lots of time.

Basically the person who is calling you has blocked their Caller ID from being sent when they call you - companies can do this for lots of numbers but in this case it sounds like they have done it on their handset - the only way to find out who it is would be to make a complaint to the police and phone company - they can then trace the person - no other way to do this.

I thought there was a way of getting an IP address from emails.  You could check that against some emails that you have from people who you may suspect.

Sounds like you need the A Team.
