i need to knw an specific information
one friend of mine thats from brazil, will come to her vacations in brazil
she´s in German right now.
i need to know if i buy a painkiller direct from tim(special request order) and ask him to send it to german.. how much is the % of taxes/fee that th germans pays for the things that comes from outside the country? liek this example of mine!?

Yes Britain is in the EU and the price to a German resident will include Value Added Tax which you wouldn't pay if you ordered direct. The only thing you are saving really is the cost of shipping from UK to Brazil but that might be balanced if you took off the VAT- which is included in the price.

No customs and the VAT will be UK VAT (principle of origin, it used to be destination country VAT within EU). Shipping will be rather cheap and quick.
