Haha, this is more of a fun topic, as settings on a 3 potis 1 switch unit are not such a big deal, but hey, let's have some fun
Clean: 15W, Master full, Tone full, Gain 8 o'clock
Gain: 15W, Master 10 o'clock, Tone noon, Gain 2 o'clock
I also like to boost mine with a Guv'nor (original version).

wah, that is freakin loud man :o)
cab wise I use a quality ported 2x12 with a G12M and a G12-65 Heritage.

yeah just found trying it again today....am now deaf deaf....think am going to nock the vol down a bit (is only a 1 x12 though)

Gain about 4:30.
Vol about 8:00.
Tone about 3:00 or thereabouts.
1x12" Orange cab.
That's bedroom level and works for clean and distorted on 15W.
I just need a little more compression for playing leads.
(this is from memory)

Volume 9:00
Tone 12:00
Gain between 2 and 4 of the clock depending.
If I back down the gain I'll pick up the volume a bit.
I use an Orange 1x12 cab, no pedals, Tokai LP w/ 'bombs.

I like a clean-just-getting-crunchy tone and I use:
Gain: 1:30
Volume: 10:30
Tone: 1:30
That's my default setting in my lounge for home practice through a 4x12 with an X-pattern of G12H Heritage and Vintage 30 speakers.
Boosting with various pedals (including an old Guv'nor I picked up from somewhere ;) ) works great for leads :D
