I'm working on a dual 'bucker which means I can only pick out two pickups for my guitar. Problem is, there are way too many to choose from.
Origionally I looked into a Humbucker from hell on the neck with a dimebucker on the bridge but after looking at the "bare nuckle pickups" I realized, this might not be the setup for me.
I'm looking for a set that is a little fat, a little dark with a slight crunch to it. But still a smooth feel to it all, something that will sound real nice with my floyd squeels. So, a little 80s and a little new age feel to it.
Any suggestions? Sound clips would help too -- One thing I like, they say the Humbucker from hell is clean, very very clean. The dimebucker is crunchy. Using my three way switch, I can get from clean to crunchy easily
Also, BKP pickup sound clips are hard to find for some reason...

Welcome to the forum! :)
Haven't really got any helpful suggestions, but the Humbucker From Hell is a weird pickup - it's designed to sound like a Strat-type single-coil, with vintage humbucker output. It's very, very bright and clean. I don't think there's anything at all like it in the BKP line. The Mississippi Queen is a humbucker-sized single-coil, but it's a P-90 - so I'd expect a warmer, sweeter tone than the HFH.
Maybe you could go for a vintage-output, clear humbucker in the neck (Stormy Monday?) with something hotter in the bridge?

Something a bit 80's, new agey organic with darkness and crunch that cleans up smoothly and works great with a floyd ?
Sounds like you're describing a set of Nailbombs 8)

What about Holy Divers? They're what springs first to my mind .....
