Just like the title says, the amp is Laboga Studio Reverb 50 with a 2x12 V30 cab.

Nice tone! I've heard really good things about Laboga amps.

Now lets hear some Sabbath with that SG! :P

Sorry, but I can't really play Sabbath   . I don't think that SMs are suited for them anyway. But if you want some ovedriven clips, I have some Allman Broters here. I play the first solo, the gear is the same as before, but I use the overdrive channel.

Very , very nice tone and playing there W.T !

It's nice to hear clips of the oft neglected SMs. As Ratrod said, very pure tone. I can imagine your clips raising interest in the SMs, which we tend to forget where part of the foundation on which BKP was built.

It is also nice to see younger players on here getting into the Blues and similar styles, along with 'clean' amp settings. ( By the way, your amp and cab sound absolutely GORGEOUS ).

P.S.

Is your 'Peter Green' mod ordinary SMs wired out of phase to each other, or are they a BKP 'Peter Green' set ?

Nice ...  8)

Thanks for all of your nice comments! About the mod...I only reversed the hot and ground wires on the neck pickup (4 conductors), so it's very simple if you can solder!

I like that a lot.  I LOVE Peter Green, got into him via Gary Moore (who I believe still owns Peters "out of phase" LP.  I think I even saw Gary play it live once...  Beautiful.

I also heard a guy called Stan Webb play live once, in the late '80's, with the band Chicken Shack.  He was playing an LP direct into the front of the most beaten up Marshall stack I've ever seen, but the sound was trebly and cutting, just like Peter Greens.

Awesome sound.  Must get an LP...
