hey guys I own a Les Paul customshop model.
It's not a black beauty. I has a maple body with mahogany neck, ebony fretboards. I've been chasing my ultimate tone for sometime now, and I think Stormy is going to solve it. I have a question, would stormy fit and sound well in my guitar ? and If I should list some sample tones that I'm after, gary moore, warren hynes etc, you know what I mean. kind of a bursting out, warm, tight tones. I had a burstbucker and a duncan 59 and those both were not what I was looking for, If you guys can help me with some suggestion, It'll be a real nice help. Thanks have a great day!

I'd look at Crawlers or Mules.

I'm certainly no expert on BKP's, but I have just fitted a set of Emerald pup's to my Gibson Les Paul Classic (mahogany body/neck).
I'm delighted with them.
They give me a warm bite that is punchy as well. They can easily do that Gary Moore sound - and more. The clarity is immense (as it is with all BKP's I'd imagine) and when you roll of the volume in the neck pup you get a beautiful, bluesy tone.
I'm currently working on clips for the Player section, which I hope to have posted by early next week.
Hope this helps.

The PG Blues set might be just what you are looking for, though with a custom (ebony fingerboard), I might also look at AII mules, if the guitar is very bright. I put them into a hollowbody PRS clone that was too bright and now it sounds great.
I have the PG Blues in a goldtop and I have also played them in a 59 clone. In both guitars they got a superb tone, with the middle setting giving the Peter Green out of phase sound.
