I bought an ISP decimator pedal on ebay (haven't sent payment yet), but have a feeling my parents have got me one for Christmas also...
So............ do I duck out of the transaction and apologise to the seller, and give him a chance to give a second-chance offer to another bidder...
Or keep both and use one in the loop/one in the front of the amp? Is it really worth having both there?
-
Keep it and sell the new one if you get it.

I agree with Noodle and. of course, you might be wrong about your parents having bought you one. I just bought a Jekyll & Hyde pedal on Ebay and used it tonight at a gig-very nice indeed.
-
try them both-my buddy runs his boogies that way to combat the noise/interference-dead quiet-might not need both, but a luxury to be able to try 2 8)
-
put it back on ebay!

Set one up in the loop to reduce hiss and the other one into the front end for that gating effect.
Worst case scenario, you put one of them back on ebay.

yeah, i agree with not doing anything until you have both. At very high gain, mine out front doesn't cut all the noise. edit: i'm too cheap to buy a second one, of course.

Haha, cheers guys.
Shall see what happens, and if two are significantly better than one (you would think so, logically ) then two shall be kept!
:D
-
Give one to me, that's a good solution
-
I might be inclined to buy one off you :)

Indy, if I do decide to sell one, you'll be first in line.
