I hope that's 25,000 Euros.. Not a measly £18

The guy picked a pretty poor haul there actually. A good many of the guitars had custom finishes or very distinctive features and so would be easy to trace and so too hot for a buyer to handle.

^ I agree, there were a few guitars there that were from really limited runs - the kind of thing that most second hand dealers wouldn't touch with a bargepole, and you couldn't put in the classifieds or on Ebay without being busted.
What I really want to know is how the hell they managed to nick so many - they must have had a truck and some way of disabling the place's alarm.
Edited for cr@p spelling/grammar.
-
All they have to do is keep them in good nick for 50 years - And then sell them for 3x as much.

numerically in the rest of Europe they are the opposite way round to England in using ',' and '.' in a numerical context. They also use centilitres to display volumes on drinks as nobody ever really measures them to lower than 1CL value.

Yeah they got expensive gear but unless it's a 'crime to order' they are going to have a hard time shifting that lot without getting busted.
That said it's a good way to start your personal collection.
