Hello lads. Last time I posted clips of these pickups in my Epi Dot, they sounded tragic.
Well, this is no better :?
Nailbomb bridge, MQ neck. The Nailbomb (volume at full) is used from the beginning of the song through to 1:03, at which time the MQ comes in with the volume rolled back a bit. The MQ plays all the way through to 1:41 at which point the Nailbomb takes over again until the end of the song.
Pertinent info:
Used a Line6 GuitarPort to do this. Used the Plexi Lead model, I think. Don't remember, LoL. I made the recording to give some of my friends an idea of how my music sounds live (1 bass, 1 guitar, 1 drum kit). So none of the instruments have ANY post-production; it's just 3 tracks and nothing more. Guitar was recorded straight through the GuitarPort and panned slightly to the right. Same with the bass - panned slightly to the left. Drums were programmed (as I'm sure you can tell) with a drum machine.
The guitar is an Epiphone Dot Studio with the Roto strings that came with the MQ. Bass is a J-Bass clone with a couple of Seymour Duncan Basslines pickups in it.
You don't have to enjoy the cheesy music, just try enjoy the pretty solid tone of the pickups. Love them 8)

sounded cool dude, I could imagine something singing vocals over this.
Nice 1!

There are vocals, but I just didn't record them... cuz I have no mic anymore
But yea, the guitar sounds delicious don't it?! And it was 1 guitar line ONLY. It sounds so full and sexy. BKP is the biz 8)
