dropped into a PC-1 Jackson
amp-Boogie MKII C+ Coliseum
-very robust and warm, I have finally found the ONE for this axe-really lets the percussive nature of my playing shine thru-powerful lows(somewhat dark, but my amp has EQ which allowed me to brighten a TAD bit..)
-you do get that clean sustain! !very well suited for dive bombs!-love it with legato style playing especially...and you can get pinch harmonics easily by diggin' in-incredible cleans....strat -ish as many before me have noted
-Exactly what I was looking for-the exact sound I thought it would produce
-thanks to Tim and all reviewers here on site-thanks especially to Jason at peerlesstone

That's a beautiful looking guitar! I'm still searching for the excuse to get a VHII for myself...

The VHII is an AMAZING pickup,so clear and mean......PERFECT!
-
the VH2 is probably the best sounding pickup i've ever heard.
I also like the mule equally.

thanks for replies...now..I have a new STandard (LP 50's neck) on the way-I have one with rebs and one with mule/cw combo-thinking about going with a VH II set in the lp-any of you cats played one in a LP?
