Talking of headphone amps: I just ordered myself the new Graham Slee Voyager :D I'm well excited - should be posted on Monday after Graham's built it!
-
Yeah think this is going to be a bit more than a headphone amp....and less than a voyager *S*
-
ITS NOT A HEADPHONE AMP!
ITSA
SPACESTATION!!!!!
Please dont tell me your going to play trough speakers, please...........
No?
Pretty please then????? :P
Owell, i give up, i have said enough allready about small amps anyway
Those grahams are the best value for money you can get for a headphone booteeek setup though, well ok unless you can dig up one of them handmade tube audio amps from the good ol days.....

(http://www.astonelectronics.co.uk/images/VK5%20Rear.jpg)(two outside pics arn't mine haven't taken any of outside yet but looks the same except mine is a Mvolume version)
-
Sweet! Gotta get some clips of that.
What's it like tone-wise?
Nice build 8)
-
Is fender ish..the kit I got was the 6v6 version, they do a el84 version and also a marshall 18w amp.
Build wasn't too bad made a couple of newbie mistakes..and still may redo a few bits until fully happy
Can't post a clip at mo, only one I have done is on a feline guitar but isn't BKP'd yet
-
Now put it in the 1x12 I have..still needs a sand and then varnish etc..but looks good so far

I am very impressed by that box!
Gonna put a logo on it? :D

Need a good sanding then is getting spray varnished..and a good vintage handle

Has changed slightly since this..has different pickups...and now thanks to jonathan at Feline I've eventually got some new pickup rings(hard to come by as fender took over guild and stopped production of the bluesbird)
-
that is a sweet piece of wood!
-
thanks she sounds sweet too
