Title: Does anyone own or have any pics of the black MQ's?

Hi,

Think I'm gonna drop a pair of MQ's into my SG Standard.
Seeing as the hardware is chrome I was gonna get the chrome covers but think the black might look cool, depending on how they look.
Was wondering if any has any pics of the blacks or even owns them.

For as far as I know the black covers aren't available for the MQ. When I ordered mine, I wanted black ones but it wasn't available. I settled for raw nickel instead.

Yeah, I don't know.
In the tech specs it mentions black, but in the description of the pickups it only mentions nickel, chrome and gold.
I wonder what raw nickel would look like on an SG with chrome hardawre, hhmm..

The chrome MQ's look very reflective.   You could ask somebody that has them to put something black above them while they take a picture and in good light.  That would be close to the real thing I think.  Of course if Tim doesn't make them none of it matters anyway.  I'd email Tim to see if they make them in black if it's what you want.  And in the meantime search for people with chrome MQ's and private message them if they'd help you.

I went with the distressed camo look cover on my MQ to match the Warpig I put in the Bridge. NICE!

That looks pretty cool. It looks a bit more P90ish or something, than the picture on the site which I assume is  chrome or nickel.
