Hello all. My partner has just bought herself an iPod shuffle. I already have an iPod linked up to the PC - will I be able to use the same iTunes that I hook my iPod up to? I'm a bit of a techno duff when it comes to stuff like his. Also, is it possible to have two different libraries on one version of iTunes?
Any help would be appreciated!
Cheers,
Ian.

No. I don't believe it is possible.
However you could separate your music by using Playlists possibly?
e.g.
"Ian's BROOTALZ"
"<partnersname> BETTER BROOTALZ"

Cheers for that. Gave it a go and it works a treat. I did try to create a new library for the extra iPod (on advice from the apple website) but it set the new library as the default. I had a panic for about 15 minutes as I couldn't find my main library anywhere so had no songs!!!
All sorted now though - panic over!

Tesco's, the really big hyper market size, were doing docking stations for ipods for under 30 quid the other day.

If you are both on different user accounts I believe its fine.
