Haha i just failed at that with my new headphones... I'd have no chance with a whole guitar!

I quite like gibbons, although they're not as amusing as chimps.

Looks a great price. Is it one of the bolt-on models?

TBH at first I didn't really like it that much, but the more I look at it, the more I do. Now I like it a lot. Would quite like to meet it in the flesh.

You've probably seen the eBay shop in Switzerland? He has quite a few SG2000s and SG1000s.

I almost gave in to the temptation to buy one the other week, but I went scouting around for reviews and there were so many which said "these guitars are really heavy" that it put me off in the end.

I'd still like to get one myself though. They are just a great guitar.

Post by: mikeluke on March 21, 2008, 11:59:52 AM: Well it arrived and very nice it is too - bolt-on neck and in need of a good clean of the fretboard but otherwise pretty good nice - based on a first look over the construction seems solid enough too.

Still hankering after an SG2000 though....
