Title: A very smart way to create a compact wet/dry/wet rig
Post by: hunter on March 24, 2008, 06:23:32 PM
Very smart idea, Bogner built a second poweramp into their Duende Combo, so the internal 15W drive the 12" front driver with a dry signal, whereas the reverb and external FX are driven by the second 15W poweramp which drives two 8" speakers on the sides of the combo.

Now is that cool? I want that but with 2x25 W and as a Shiva instead.

Bogner would probably make something like that for you.

Dunno how much it would cost, tho. PDT_008

It probably sounds like an amp with reverb.

But at least you can rest easy knowing it was done in the highest end way possible, like a Fulltone Tube Tape Echo.

one might expect though, that the reverb would sound more natural, being reflected from a different direction than the main guitar sound.
