Cheers fella!
How MASSIVE does that 355 look on Angus??????!!!!

It's a cool clip just for the novelty value of seeing Angus with that guitar... but what a horrible performance.
Here's some guys who can play that song properly  :

Undoubtedly  . But I really do think all those versions knock the Stones' scr@ppy, tuneless mess into a c--ked hat.
To be honest, I personally think Robin Trower (and Jimmy Dewar) play Rock Me Baby better than anyone else, but it would've been bad manners not to mention BB.

Agree with you Philly on the Robin Trower version. I also used to like the Jeff Beck/Rod Stewart version off the Truth album ("Rock My Plimsoul"). Such a pity Rod changed musical direction after JBG and the Faces.

Amen to that! I often wonder about things like that - what Rod would've done if he'd stayed in rock bands, or what Hendrix would be doing if he was alive.
In a parallel universe where Rod had never recorded Hot Legs, Do Ya Think I'm Sexy, Young Turks or (God help us) Baby Jane, I'm sure the world would be a much better place.

Yes, he is my 'main man' in the Blues. So elegant . 8)

B B is also my favourite. Such class. A friend of mine knows him and has played with him a few times and has some memorabilia to send me-including an autograph addressed to me.

Wow ! Nice one :D
Imagine being able to say that you had actually played with B.B.King !
I met him backstage at Edinburgh playhouse (?) in 1982 - and he graciously signed me a 'dedicated ' promo photo + plus handed me the plectrum he had been playing with that night. I was just really overwhelmed, but he was so gracious and friendly. There was just shy little me and the local press. He quickly realised that I must have been there as a respectful fan - and acted accordingly.
I can therefore imagine that actual memorabillia will be literally 'worth the King's ransom' . Please let me / us know what you get, I genuinely feel happy and excited for you and your fortunate friend.
It will be a sad day indeed when he plugs into that great '65 re-issue in the sky .

Thanks, I will let you know. My friend has just said he has some stuff and that "Riley" ( as he calls him) signed something for me. I hope the package lives up to the hyperbole. I wish BB could go on forever.

B.B seems to like to play with alot of people, i was watching a programme a few months back and he mentioned how he had played with Steven Seagal. B.B had a lot of praise to sing for Steven, who apparently is a very good guitarist, as well as being a 'good' action actor
