Title: MP3 encoder expired
Post by: Ratrod on August 31, 2005, 01:22:07 PM
I was gonna post some new clips. I managed to record 2 of the three clips as MP3. By the last one the encoder was expired. I use Nero Media Player to record. Nero is asking $22,- for an MP3 encoder for their media player :?

Any tips?

I tried reinstalling, updating, other free encoders and what not.

Download Itunes frrom www.apple.com - the encoder is pretty good on it, works on PC and Mac.

If you have a Sound Blaster sound card on your PC, you should have a copy of Creative Play Centre on there as well. That's a great tool for ripping mp3's.

dbpoweramp is by the far the best i found, but i think it is only free for a while (although i remember it being quite a while) - it can turn any format into any format, including i-tunes protected into mp3. just stick 'dbpoweramp' into google.
