Title: Line6 Toneport Ux1 or Ux2 - They any good?

Anyone have any experience with these?

I am using a M-Audio jamlab (USB) at the moment as an input for the guitar to the computer. Looking at something with some decent dedicated outputs & Mic input/pre-amp, plus getting some decent speakers so I can do a bit more recording on the pc directly using the Toneport as the main sound card.

Anyone with any feedback on them would be great!
