Warpigs just arrived and have been kindly installed by Steve at PJ's

I also had a Miracle Man (black covered finish) come in and has been installed on an ESP Forest GT, pics of that soon.

The tone and sound is fantastic, but what really surprised me was the clarity and sound on the Clean channel O_o  Brilliant stuff!

Looks great, congrats \m/

Ceramic or alnico V ???

some guy came to my rehearsal room with his ENGL preamp, and when we hook up my jackson with c-warpig on bridge, he was amazed that it sounded wayyy better than with just regular pups (and an ENGL makes pretty much anything sound good)

These are Alnico V, I wanted to have to option to play very nice cleans.. And the cleans are very very nice indeed! The Miracle man i got for the other guitar is Ceramic. I am running it through an ENGL Thunder 50 Rev Combo

Very nice.  BKPs are just what a top quality US Jackson needs to make it into a perfect guitar :)

Just for interest's sake where did you order that Warrior from?  The dealer I got most of my Jacksons from no longer carries them, so if I want any more I need to find somewhere else to buy from...

This one I picked up on a trip to NY. However in the UK I usually go to Steve in PJ's Guitar. He tends to have a selection and is very honest when it comes to ETA etc.   023 92826466 It's in Portsmouth. He also ordered in the BKP's and installed them for me. If you want the website I can Pm you, otherwise Google is your friend

That looks gorgeous mate, in a brutal way of course :) . It always surprises me how well the camo covers seem to suit most guitars.

I think I prefer the Alnico V Warpigs to the Ceramic Miracles, mostly because of the impressive way it can go from crunching gains to crystal cleans. Sound-wise the Miracles feel more Raw, whereas the warpigs feel more organically rounded, but still can push the heavy gains. -cough- Sounds like i'm describing an arty thing, but thats the closest I can get to describing >_>
