I don't know much about his career (or his girlfriend's), but the whole story is very sad.  RIP indeed.  :(

It is a sad story though I had no idea of who he was until all the publicity. Tragic for the families of both of them.

Yes, unfortunately the families never get over it. One of my wife's friends had a call from the police last Thursday and was told her son had been found dead from a drug overdose. It was her husband who phoned us as she hasn't been able to talk to anybody without breaking down.
