Hi guys
Looking to replace the neck of my Fender US Deluxe (1998, so square-heel) strat with something a little chunkier and preferably with a more user-friendly finish. Have searched through the usual suspects (Allparts, WD) and no-one seems able to offer the following:
1 11/16" nut
6105 frets or similar
9.5 or 10" radius (or compound 9-12)
At least 0.84" deep at nut - either a C, D, U or asymmetrical profile
Satin finish
Maybe a two-way rod for stability
Any ideas?

try warmoth - they should be able to do something to order

Checked them out - very limited on profiles, and weirdly, a non-compound radius is more expensive!

the fat or roundback profiles sound ok for what you want, the SRV isnt far of the thickness you want and is asymetric
they do the nut width you want and the frets as standard and the straight radius is only $35 more than standard
definately worth sending them an e-mail to discuss it

Not to forget that their quality is meant to be absolutely 2nd to none.

I have Warmoth necks with the Wolfgang & 59 Roundback contours. The Wolfgang feels very substantial - despite being thinner front-to-back than the 59, it "fills the hand" more. To the naked eye, it looks "rounder" than the roundback, which is almost like a super-soft V shape in comparison.
Anyway, my point is that if the SRV is a similar shape, then it's going to be a LOT of neck.
Warmoth are happy to ship products over here (by UPS) & their service is excellent. If there was ever a good time to buy, then with the current £:$ exchange rate, it's NOW :)

Musikraft makes superb Strat necks to order, and they ship worldwide.
I have also heard good things about USACG, but I have never tried them.
Thank you, please drive through.

Thanks, guys. All worth checking out.
