Finally finished my band's latest demo and thought I'd post the tracks here. I've posted mp3s of the guitars solo'd followed by the full track to show them in context. The guitar tracks are not 'raw' - there's a bit of EQ to compensate for the treble roll off on my desk and a touch of compression/ gating to make up for my playing  .
Guitars were:
Gibson Les Paul with Rebel Yells -> Fender HRD (clean channel) with THD hotplate on -12dB (still shook the windows). Keeley Java Boost was used for solos.
Fender Strat with Apaches -> Vexter Box of Rock -> Laney GH50L.
Recording was done in my spare room on the home computer with a Sure SM57 -> Fostex 4 track (circa 1985) -> soundard (standard generic card).
Despite extensive analogue recording/ production experience, this is my first serious attempt at digital production so I'd appreciate any feedback.

Couldn't seem to post all the tracks in one go so here are the others.

Very good! The Apaches on No Tomorrow sound very thick!

Nice clips! I like your distinctive sound. What's your band name so I can put these songs on my itunes? Vocals are pretty good too. And the guitar on No Tomorrow and Molly's Chambers the best.

Thanks guys,
Those Apaches are really versatile and sound good for virtually anything apart from really high gain sounds.
The band name is Uploaded (as per my avatar) and you should be able to access the website from my www link. If not, it's http://www.uploadedtheband.com/. We've disabled downloading from myspace but you can download the ones in the first two posts above (the ones described as 'full track').
