Title: Are there any shops where i can trade in gear?

Hi,

Does anyone know of any guitar shops around the Oxfordshire/London area where i can trade in gear (a Carvin guitar and Marshall MG amp) ie. sell it to the shop?

Carvin DC135 Classic white finish with black hardware, stock pickups, original floyd rose, mahogany body, 5-pc maple/mahogany neck w/ ebony fretboard, no inlays

I don't know of any shops anywhere, that will give you a good deal for any traded gear. THey all offer you peanuts. Once you take into account  their profit and VAT, it does leave them much to offer you. You are MUCH better selling privately. Use Gumtree.com, ebay.co.uk, or adtrader.co.uk or any other local websites, or info boards.
