Title: Holydiver doing Badlands
Post by: TomW on May 17, 2008, 04:51:17 PM
This is my strat with holydiver bridge into crunchbox into Marshall DSL100. Its recorded through a classic lead 80 speaker and is double tracked with each part panned left and right. The playings abit sloppy and I didnt learn it properly but you get the idea.
Cheers

Great tone and playing as always :) Drums sound way too quiet to me though.

It sounds pretty bloody awesome to me.  That's why I don't spend much time in the Players forum, you guys make me depressed.

great clip. would prefer slightly brighter sounding rhythm parts, but just the right attitude and amount of overdrive. lead tone is perfect.

Cheers, yea could maybe have done with a little bit more treble, but when the treble's too high on my amp it starts to sound abit thin. I just wish I could afford a jcm800 or jmp superlead :x
