Same setup as always, Epiphone LP Custom w/Mules (I used the bridge one here) > Keeley Rat > GH50L > G12H > SM57 :) Just started recording this as I've had the riffs in my head for ages but couldnt be bothered to get them recorded into anything..

recorded 2 tracks, one on each speaker
Needs a good bassline and lyrics writing if anyone fancies a go :D
updated the track a bit with some more riffage. Playing a bit sloppy tho. I think it'd make an ok song if it had some good singing.

That's pretty rockin' :D Good job. Got this punky vibe to it, except it's not lame.

haha thanks, cant say I'm into punk at all any more but so long as its not lame I dont care :P
I updated it a bit, got a new part leading back to the main riff, cant tell if I like it or not, but I have no other ideas for it.

i can hear the punk vibe a little, but i hear more of a southern rawk thang

Really enjoyed the tone and the song! And getting very happy for bough the Mules... The building of the guitar would start Tuesday, but the weather becomes rainny and humidy so no gluing woods, will have to wait a little more

Thanks :) Mules are really good pickups. The Rebel Yell I have in another guitar is great but its just not as good as the Mule. It has a harsher/more aggressive sound which is fine that 80s kinda thing but I dont really play that any more so its kinda pointless :P
I've updated the track btw, the drums sounded a bit off so I've re-placed one of the kicks and it seems to flow better now.
