Congrats man! I always found those so awkward to play, but +1 for anything with Dime's name on it! :D
Rock on!

ha. yeah it stands out a bit. but its always been one of my favorite of Dime's axes, and i knew i had to get it as soon as i saw they were finally making it.
and i'm used to playing a V sitting down all the time, so this feels fine to me. so far i think its actually i bit more comfortable sitting down than my les paul. the cutout seems to be in a better position for me to play.
i also finally figured how to tune it up, and it sounds great. has much for natural acoustics than my other two. i need to go try it out through my amp. i also decided to buy a Guyatone micro octaver that i'm curious to try. i don't even know what the hell it is, but it looks fun!

I think it looks great man :) What pickups are you going to stick in it, or are you happy with those ones? I can't quite see what they are, but if the bridge is a Dimebucker, what do you think? I'm one of the few people around that really like Dimebuckers, I think

i'm really not sure yet. i've got around $200 leftover to spend, not yet sure what i'm going to do with it yet. i might shop around for a used power amp to go along with my Engl pre. I do like the pickups in it now. the high notes scream, along with the upper pinches. Lower pinch harmonics are kind of weak, but that's probably technique on my part. as of right now, i seem to be lacking a little on the bass side, but its probably my amp needing some adjustment for the pickup. or maybe i just need to raise the bass side of the pickup. suggestion?
also, i've only played the guitar through the amp once, so maybe i just need to spend some more time.

excellent! nice colour too. :)

Nice score, I love playing the V but the ML was not as comfortable to me so I sold mine. I dig the look of them though, and Dime did make them squeel and sing. Best of luck with it.

i suppose sweat is not chrome's(?) best friend? i guess my LFR is chrome, and i just took out my guitar and i thought the thing had rusted out. it cleaned up alright though. i'm assuming someone knows what i'm talking about though i'm not explaining right. is it actually going to do some (cosmetic) damage to the bridge if i don't wipe it down every time?

Cool colors but i always thought them Dean Dime's were askin to be hit with the ugly stick for the 709th time and then have the ugly tree felled on them.

ah, come on! they're so nice!
actually, whats most surprising is how well they've played. every guitar i've played i thought played differently, but i didn't notice any of them really being any better or worse though. with this one, i've really noticed how well it plays. i really do actually play better with this guitar. i'm very happy with it so far.
