Title: Got Rebel Yell now, time for a change...
Post by: jangoux on July 05, 2008, 03:28:24 AM
Hello everyone,

I bought a Rebel Yell bridge pickup to put on my Cort M600 about 2 years ago or so. It is a great great pickup, but it has a bit too much hi mids, and sometimes sounds a little thin with this guitar. I mostly play modern rock, but I am getting into some metal and post-rock and want something thicker, but can remain clear, articulate, tight bottom and punchy - kinda RY qualities, but with more meat, and less honk.

What would you guys suggest ? Nailbomb ? Holy Diver? Something else ?

Ivan

Wont it be too much for a mahogany bodied guitar?
