I came back from college and my girlfriend suprised me with them! :D I'm just about to go home and get my brother to help me with installing them, if I have any problems then you can expect me to come running back here :P
I'll let you all know how I get on with them!

Remember to post some clips of them. I've been wanting to hear them.

Me too! I'm thinking about putting them in a Epi!

Great, hope you like them, let me know how you get on. :)

Yeah, to be honest, I'm not noticing much of a difference just yet :( I have to do some adjusting, the neck isn't as loud as the bridge, which is really trebely, it seems a lot more than the stock pickups were. The cleans sound quite nice and the tone pots do seem to make more of a difference now, but I can't really tell what else has changed.
Maybe that's just me and bad ears. Possibly a bad amp, I can't test it loud until tuesday.
I'll do some adjusting and see how things are afterwards.

The Riff Raff has plenty of bite to it and is bright, the neck will just need adjusting height wise to balance the volume.
If you finding the bridge is too bright for you crank the height up to get more power which'll bring the bass in more. You'll be surprised how high you can go before the p/up interferes with the strings, just listen out for any ghost tones which'll tell you you've gone to close.Next bring the neck up in height to balance the volume by ear.Remember I calibrate my pickups so you don't need to bury the neck pickup to achieve a balance, both neck and bridge shouldn't be far off each other.

Thanks, I'll do all that :) I had them sounding pretty good when I fitted them in the first place, but then I had my brother re-soldered the connections to make sure they didn't break and now things sound a little funny. I'm sure I just need to adjust the heights, think I might need a new tonepot too, the amp crackles when I turn the neck tone pot =/
The covers are pretty damn sexy though, you've done a fantastic job there :D
Sorry if I've made it sound like I hate them, I just need to tinker with 'em a little more :P

Didn't think that for a minute, I just want you to get the tone you're after and we help wherever I can :)
