Hi guys I have read many posts on various Pickups on this site and others, and yet I am confused. I am a blues through Metallica Player and I am going to be switching out the cr@ppy Gibson stock pickups out of my Les Paul. I keep going back and forth between the Crawlers the Rebel Yell pickups, Holy Diver and Cold sweat pickups. I play through an orange tiny terror and orange cabinet with various pedals. I have a Les Paul Custom with Alnico 2 pros in them and that nails the Guns n Roses classic rock tone better than many pickups I have heard. However now in my second instrument I am looking to have a higher gain tone, yet I don't want to lose tone I am not into super high output pickups either. I play lots of Ozzy Osbourne, Led Zeppelin, Ac/DC Pink Floyd, Metallica, Guns n roses, Deep Purple, Hendrix. That Kind of stuff Tim said the RYs can nail that Randy Rhoads tone, but I wanted to double check it with you guys to see what you think. Give me your thoughts on the pickups I listed. Tell me what you know????

Oh yea and is the Crawler hotter for those Zakk wylde pentatonics or Kirk hammet solos??
