Title: How long for a answer from BKP?

Hi guys,
I just wonder, I send a question to BKP from the contact us-form in the online-shop for about 4-5 days ago. But no reply yet. Should I wait longer or sent them an e-mail instead?

E-mail or phone, Tim is very helpful!

Or as 38th said, you could try posting here to see if us know-it-all louts can help.

Your best bet is to get hold of Tim, though ;)
