So..... I'm leaving this place on Monday morning (sep. 29). Gonna live in Canada now, where the beer is stronger, the proud and noble beaver runs wild, maple syrup flows on tap, joe'n'donuts at Tim Hortons is never out of reach, and guitars cost less than half of what they do here. Can't wait. :D
There will be awhile 'till I buy a computer so I'm not gonna post here as much. I hope you will all have a good time playing guitar and critisising tone. I know I did.

That's a big change! Something you've been planning for a while?
Hope you'll be back on here soon, il˙ti, even if we did have the occasional disagreement about Teles and things!

Hope you get there fine! :D

Canada is pretty cool. I was out in Toronto on business a couple of years back.
Frigging cold though!
Enjoy it.

I am from Chicago and wouldn't dare think about moving to a climate any colder than what we experience on Lake Michigan. Don't forget your coat!
-
Thank, lads. It might be my viking heritage (at least that's what I like to think) but I don't mind the cold much. I was actually considering going to Greenland for awhile, now THAT would have been frostbitten and kvlt. But I wimped out. Ottawa it is. And yes, I've been planning it for the past 3 years or so.

Toronto does get SERIOUSLY cold though... I went out the just after an unusually bad winter, and people were talking about police having to go out every morning and collect up all the dead tramps...
You won't be sleeping under a railway bridge, will you?

Good luck to you.
Look out for grizzly bears, moose and Canadian beavers (pun intended).
if your from the Faroe Islands, Canada will be like the tropics for you.
From what I know of Canada it's warm summers, cold winters and big skies.

Good luck with the move . I love Canada though I have experience only of BC and Alberta.

See you back on here soon.

Good luck and hope to see you on here again soon!
-
Cheers, folks. Have a blast till I meet you again.

Good luck with the move. I moved to the USA when I was 25 and left everyone behind in England. Meet some people and get out to see the neighbourhood and you'll soon settle in (girls especially help in not missing anyone!).

Good luck with the move

Thanks for the good lucks, everyone. I'm borrowing a computer now to send emails back to people in DK so I thought I'd stop by here. I'm liking Canada a lot so far. Already been around to meet some nice people so I'm settling in well. Oh, and it's not so cold yet but I can tell it's good brought my coat. :)
