Yes, the usual question-"What BKP's should I go with?"
Here's my story:
I'm going back to my old band. I know they recorded most of their stuff with a SSH strat, but I've got SSS strats. My MIA had overwound Slowhands and sounds beautiful, but I keep it tuned 1/2 step flat, and this is only good for one of their songs. I'll be putting new pickups in my MIM strat. Basically, I'll put a link to their music, which I think is great. If you have a few minutes to listen and let me know your opinions on what pickups might work, I'd appreciate it.

I was thinking sinners for the heavier stuff, but how would they clean up? This is pretty dynamic music.
Thanks for any help you guys can give.

I am sorry you have not had a response from the board yet-I am really pushed for time at the moment( gotta go to a gig shortly) but will try to get back in the next 24 hours-hopefully one of the others can help.

nice stuff, and its not that heavy in fact. sinner would probably be over kill. i can get a similar level of gain (though a very different tone) with my baseplated slowhand.
i don't have that much experience with strat sets, but theres a certain bright american twang, maybe i'd be looking at irish tours. but then you already have slowhands, covering vintage hot - so perhaps trilogy suite then.

I'm at a loss too - my playing style wouldn't sound like that no matter what pickups you put in  I'm a bit more bluesy/messy!
ITs are very versatile, but you're right about the music being pretty dynamic (I assume you mean different levels required from the guitar, clean, pushing it, etc). What sort of amp are going to use, have you got clean/dirty channels available?
You said it was mostly done on HSS - I must admit I thought HSS when I was listening. Are you saying you want to stick with SSS? (Must admit I would myself, HSS doesn't quite look right for me). I would start thinking about base-plate on the bridge if you were going for ITs - but I don't know what that would sound like, never tried it.
I've got a real feeling you're going to need a humbucker in there as well though:?

I really appreciate you all taking the time to help me out. Yeah, I do want to stick with SSS. Also, for now I'm using a single Rectifier, but only because that is all I have. I'm hoping to switch to a Fuchs ODS 50 through 2 212 cabs. I also use a highly modified TS9 pedal for another overdrive option.
After looking into it. I agree that the sinners might be a little too much. I am very happy with my overwound slowhands with baseplates (bridge and middle), but I use that guitar for the Gilmour-ish tones. I will be looking into IT's and Trilogy Suites with baseplates.
Again, thanks for the time and help. You guys are great!

It does rather cover a great dynamic range and I really enjoyed the music. Like the others I am a bit stumped as to what to suggest. A thought I had was perhaps to see if you could get a custom wound set.

Like the others, I think you need something that's a bit mix and match. Maybe something like an Irish Tour with a baseplate for the bridge, and a pair of Mother's Milks?

How close can your Slowhands get to the sounds you're after? If they don't work at all, I doubt Irish Tours would either - they're another "flavour" of Strat sound but very similar in terms of power so I don't think the difference will be that huge.
I like the music - reminded me a bit of Our Lady Peace and Incubus (hope that's not insulting!).
