Deja Vu?

I'm sure this has cropped up somewhere on here before, and i'm pretty sure i was undecided then.

ok, i have a question (unless i'm missing something)... why the all-access neck plate, if the actual joint/wood isn't all-access?

Although you can't really see it in that pic, the corner of the heel is rounded off.  I think it's a really neat design, better than the Warmoth-style contoured heel, because it's really only that corner that obstructs your hand.

I have that type of neckplate on my two Teles:

He is right, in this pic you can see it:

Phill, the Warmoth can do it on their W Pro design because the screw is right above the side adjuster :?

You mean they can't do it, Fernando?  Yeah, I saw it on the Warmoth site.

Not a problem with my Strat bodies, they both have standard Fender-style heels, so I could still get a Warmoth Pro neck.

Aaargh, It makes my eyes go funny and my head spin :D

Like looking in one of those funny mirrors at a fairground.

Actually it reminds me more than anything of those old Telecaster basses for some reason.

Certainly a conversation starter though :)

I like it, especially the aluminium bridge saddle on the E and A strings for more twang and the brass bridge saddles on the D, G, B and high-E strings for less attack, nice touch.

I must admit, I love it :D

I've been reading about that bridge mod for teles on the TDPRI form - have you tried it? I've been wondering whether I'd like it (mine's all brass at the moment)...

I think it is the Gerry Donohue and they source some of the saddles in England.
