Title: New guitar day
Post by: Gooby on October 09, 2008, 02:14:58 PM
Picked up this little beauty from Guitar Village. Was a good price and came with a sweet fiberglass case.

Of course the factory strings were sticky and corroded, so first thing I did was sling a new set on and intonate it.  It is a dream to play.  :D

I need a windfall before I put bareknuckles in it. Though I am considering medium ish output at most to preserve dynamics, VHII's that sort of thing for the humbuckers with a suitable single that balances.

Total sickness man.  I just never liked the painted on F holes, but i am sure the playability is superb.  It is an Ibanez after all

VHIIs would rock the daylights out of it.

Bloody beautiful. Paul Gilbert is one of my favourite guitarists, so i've tried a few of those before, and I think they're just outstanding. Good buy. :)

Awesome, man :D Paul Gilbert is one of my favourites too. I haven't had the chance to play his sig model, but I imagine it would be great. It definitely looks great

Ok, i wasn't being funny that was a genuine comment. I thought it was Paul Gilbert's at first but no one had mentioned it being so, so i thought that it wasn't then.  :D Il shut up now so i dont embarrass myself anymore.
