Hey guys.
I was bored today so I decided to drag out my guitars and take a few photos as all my others are out of date (some by a few years ) and I've been meaning to do it for a while now so thought I'd post them here too.
Sorry about the quality of the photos, mine always turn out rubbish!

regret selling the ash strat a bit now, it looks great in that pic and all it probably needed was a proper setup for it to play nicely

A great collection there. You have alot of ground covered. Nice carpet too.
-
Awesome selection of guitars there!

I've never been too much of a fan of the colour of the Gould to be honest. I just wanted a cheapie guitar to take on holiday etc but I ended up liking how it played so Jonathan made me a pickguard for it and I upgraded the pickup for a Piledriver. It's actually got quite a bit of power behind it when you dig in a bit!
The reason for the pics being sideways is because if I took the photos the right way up, the camera compressed the height of the photos and everything looked odd, so I decided to leave them sideways on

The V sounds good, quite bright but full at the same time. When I got the V I wanted something between Michael Schenker (sp?) and Randy Rhoads, so the Riff Raff was Tims idea :)

When I 1st bolted it all together it played ok but after it had a full fret dress is when it really became a great player. It has a real nice rawness to it with a great crunch tone.

That's quite a recent thing really. I was always a LP player until I tried my ex bandmates suped up Strat about 4 years ago and really liked it. The seed was planted! :D

That was as much date info as I could find out from it's serial number!

Nice collection of guits mate!
The easiest way to get better photos is to ditch the flash - take the pictures in a place with plenty of natural sunlight. Unhelpfully, guitars very narrow, tall things, which makes for a lot of empty space on either side of the picture. If you crop out some of that empty space, you should see your pics looking much better straight away. PDT_003

Charvel is nice. I like the Ibanez, although i'm personally an RG man... :)
The rest are rubbish.
:D Nah, quality stuff man, all great looking guitars. Not a bad one there. And I agree with Nolly, perhaps it would have been better without the flash, as you can't really see the headstock on the Strat guitars though. Loving the PRS too.
Good stuff :)
Ben.

The 84-87 strat looks awesome! Got any other pics of it?

What else do you want to see?
Nolly: Thanks for the tips on the photos. I'll definitely keep your tips in mind for next time I take photos :) I normally would've taken them outside, but it was chucking it down all yesterday which is 1 reason I did the photos due to boredom of being stuck inside! :D

Full guitar photoshoot! Every angle you can think of!
-
Couldn't see them at work... but now I can - :D
Very nice looking set of geetars - you're missing an SG and an Explorer (and possibly a Dano ), but otherwise...
Actually, I really like the look of that V, and I'm not one for Vs...
And your pics are better than mine!
-
excellent collection there. :)

I don't really suit Explorers tbh with ya. I'm too short and fat, they just look wrong! lol
I had a Dean ML a fair few years ago and that was the same, wrong, just wrong!

That made me realise... I've never actually tried an Explorer. I think it would make me look like Pete Willis.

That's not so bad, I can think of worse people to look like.
I'd look like the Fat Controller off Thomas The Tank Engine if I had 1!

Hey Brow, could you record a clip with the Flying V?
-
If you ever wanna shift the Love Rock, lemme know.

I may be able to yeah.
I have my little recording setup at home, it's just being arsed to pull my finger and get it all set back up etc

Don't think I will, but if that time comes, will let ya know ;)
