whatsup, im due for a restring and want to make my baby pretty again. What should i use to clean the frets and fretboard? its ebony. I'm also going to be buying some bore oil to finish it up.

You could try lemon oil.It always uses for ebony(I do).

To clean it I'd use lighter fluid, this is really good for a deep clean. Use the right stuff though! Then use something like lemon oil to put the moisture back in.
The lighter fluid disolves grease and oil really well, and brings up the wood grain nicely. But it will dry the wood too, so you need to put some oil back in afterwards. Lighter fluid is also very good on some finishes, but test it first! Or ask someone who knows which you can use it on, I'm not certain myself.

What wood ifs your fingerboard?
Lacquered or un-lacquered?
On an un-lacquered fingerboard I would use 0000 GRADE WIRE WOOL (LIBERON brand by preference)
You can use a little lighter fluid to help
Finish it off with a LITTLE dab of lemon oil smeared on with a piece of kitchen roll (dont go too crazy with it)
Leave for 5-10 minutes and see how much lemon oil the board has sucked into the grain - sometimes it takes it all
If the board looks dry I usually go over again with the same oily bit of kitchen roll- and leave for a few more minutes.
Once satisfied wipe it all off dry with a clean bit of kitchen roll and restring
