Title: Iraqi Metal Band

Talk about up against it! Their rehearsal room got hit by a rocket amongst other things. You could see some of their equipment damaged by it. Anyway they kept at it, in other countrys after a while.

I thought they rocked, and their own songs rocked bigger and harder than their covers - and I don't like Metal!

Yes it was a mad against all odds struggle. I'm not sure if they're all still together now. It ended with two in NYC and two in Turkey.

You do get a bit of English slang in here.

I hope they get to a safe environment and can get to make their music in peace. They seem to be absolutely loaded with character- a bit of a contrast with the contrived dross we have to tolerate.
