Well, after thinking long and hard about which jazzmaster to get and asking you fair people.....
I still couldn't decide :?
So, when my eye caught glimpse of a white fender cyclone with a hard case on ebay I nearly choked on my coffee.
It is now mine (well as soon as its delivered).
Anyone had any experience with these little beasties?
One thing I think i'll do is split the coils on the humbucker (if i can figure it out) for more versitility, if the atomic humbucker isn't up to much I have my eye on a Nailbomb for a christmas present to myself

Around here we have a saying...
Pics or it didn't happen! :) (ok, so I know it hasn't arrived, but you owe us)
I haven't come across a stock pickup yet that can match a BK. You know you want to

Is the Cyclone the one with a strat tremolo?
If so then you did yourself a favour as Jaguars and Jazzmasters tend to rattle like crazy and have strings pop off the bridge too easily and lack sustain from not having much "break angle" as the strings pass over the bridge.

Oh ok.... well here are some of the pics from the seller on ebay, i have tried to find some other pics of this guitar on the web but this is the only one i have seen. I don't know if this means it is rare or that just nobody can be bothered
It does have a strat tremolo, it doesn't look as cool as a jazzmasters bridge but hey if it works better...
When it arrives i'll take some of my own pics and post them
I hate the wait..... :x

I'm liking that. Good find.

I love it. infact, i want one now. Those babys have a 24.75" scale neck, so not a proper shortscale like the mustang it's based off. I still want!
