Post by: broken cord on December 30, 2008, 03:21:26 AM: The Sl is a really nice single cut guitar, I think a lot of players can attest to the quality of the Japanese made guitars: The Dean SL is no exception. I own the US Slotero Prototype, it is loaded with Painkillers and it is as sweet sounding as it is effortless to play. The biggest difference between the US and Japanese model is that the US has an Ebony fret board and the Japanese model has Rosewood, the rest is all easy enough to mod to your liking. Very nice re-imagining of the LP though I'm not too sure if I would want one off the back of its looks...
