Interesting. I always digged the Mark IV. I usually don't like amps with too many modes and knobs but the Mark IV got away with it.

I'm very interested in this, sounds like it could be right up my street. Although, I can't help the nagging feeling it's going to be ruinously expensive.

This sounds like my perfect amp, I love the mark IV and lonestar and I do love the earlier two channel rectifiers. so if the modern setting is anything like that this amp will Will be taking my new car fund to the cleaners!!!

10-40-90 watts./each channel is assignable....fx loop for each channel....havent heard it yet-from what I understand so far-no rectifier tone/more based on the mk II C+/Mk III tones/lonestar-more eq options than mk series amps-tweed settings...not a true simulclass amp, I dont think(my simul runs a combo of el 34 and 6l6's..I dont  think this one will...)..theres a lot more, but we will HAVE TO wait until JAn 15th !

update-the V will prob. debut Thurs at NAMM in CAli....very interesting amp for Boogie fans....3 fully ind. channels...introducing a  new extreme mode on lead channel, as well as the heralded MK IIC+ lead circuitry....eff. loop assignable for each channel...siumul class operation with a 10-45-90 watt setting FOR EACH CHANNEL-imagine Lonestar cleans running class A on ch. 1 10 watts/a dedicated Mk I rhythym ch.2 45 watts/ or 90 watts/a Mk II or Mk IV or extreme solo ch @ 45 or90 watts...reverb for each channel as well-8 button control footboard-no retumfrier tones if you are into that, but there will be a little more "sag" than the usual tight mk tone..Lonestar cleans...5 band eq OR contour controls on each channel...kitchen sink..beer cooler..you name it....I have one already ordered-will kepp you updated on it-as soon as I get it, we are going to do an amp shootout with the MK IIC+, Mk I, Mk III, and Lonestar to see how the new one "stacks up"-could be a video with this one!!!
