Are you sure it's aged white though? I think it only comes in Sonic Blue and 3-Colour Sunburst.
-
yes white it,s almost exactly the same as those onthe link but with a different neck plate, i can,t find anything like it anywhere
-
i think i tried a white one yesterday? maybe they change the colours every so often...
-
Yeah, maybe. They're still only listing two colours for each model ('50s and '60s) on the Fender site, but they do tend to "rotate" the colour options every now and then.
-
from what i can remember (it's only yesterday, but i tried a ton of stuff) it was a 60s one as it had a rosewood board... i can't remember if it was the classic or classic players one, though. also, i think one of the tags said 50s?
but then why the rosewood board? :?
EDIT: normally i pay more attention to the guitar, but i was trying amps and just wanted a stratty tone, so that's why i wasn't too worried about the guitar... :)

The easiest way to tell the Classics from the Classic Players is that the CPs have "modern" two-point tremolos.
The '50s CP has a maple "V" neck and comes in 2-Colour Sunburst and Shoreline Gold (I owned one for about 5 minutes!). The '60s CP has a rosewood-board "C" neck and (AFAIK) comes in 3-Colour Sunburst and Sonic Blue.
-
yeah, the one i tried had the rosewood board...
i know about the tremolo difference, just i honestly can't remember which it was  ... i think it might have been the classic players, though.

it looks like the classic players strat in white, its got a different neck plate on it though, its the custom shop masterbuilt plate, :D
