I got 2 trade offers and they seem to be of comparable value, I was hoping I could get some input on which one is better.

If the preamp in the keystudio is half decent then I'm leaning towards that as I don't have a keyboard and it could come in handy.
On the other hand, I think there's a very good chance that the mbox 2 will be better at recording.
Also the mbox 2 supports pro tools LE while the keystudio only supports m-powered, I honestly don't plan on buying the software until I have some income, so the one that's easier to ninja will be better for me right now, I hear the m-powered requires a hardware dongle so that might be a deal breaker right there.
Thoughts?

I would rather choose MBOX 2 because I have one of it it is really great.,

Do you need keyboard....and 49i has piano sounds built in
MBOX2 better equiped for recording and slightly higher bit rate

how old is your PC btw?
the MBOX2 has a list of hardware requirements as long as your arm (as I found out when it wouldn't run on my laptop). I'm still looking for a cheap PC that'll run the damn thing.
make sure your graphics card isn't integrated and you have 1GB RAM min.
