I felt tipsy and it was only Fosters. (That was a Magnolia Emulsion Fernando)
My Brother went to the match at Wembley. He has been to 3 big games there now.

 I start to mess with the words and with the pronunciation of things, out of class now, no $ to pay for english class...
But I like fosters, but liked Amstel better... More like the beer in Brazil... But if I lived there, I would try hard to discover the brownish ale power :D

hahahaha (don't worry, though, fernando, your english is an awful lot better than my portuguese)
glad to hear you're getting out and about, jonny :)
-
Yes keep it up Fernando, it was very funny!
-
Don't worry Fernando ; - for most of the time , your English is much better than I hear it on the streets here in England. :)
I find that is often the case when people from other countries /cultures are genuinely wanting to learn English as a 'second language'.
The matter gets more complicated of course - as many young 'English' people I overhear - are trying so hard to sound like they are black American / Afro-Caribean 'Gangstas'. :?

 Yes, I'm trying to sound more british or at least irish/scotch/welsh  Used to have Texan accent...

Not a bad thing Fernando ; - I have a Polish friend - who sounds like she has a slight Californian accent. The main thing - is ( like you ) she takes much more effort in using nice pronunciation / puntuation than most teenagers going through our own eductaion system. I remember back in the 70s, there was a Chinese gentleman at the local takeaway - that sounded like he was a member of the aristocracy in disguise. Lovely speech and impeccable manners. I think I learnt more about using 'correct' English and general etiquette from this immigrant - than I ever did at school ! :)

There is a lad at work who is white and from Croydon but he sounds like Ali G. Anyways Johnny I am glad you are out and about though not glad about Spurs( I am not a football fan but my Mum is a long time Spurs fan and I kinda hate to see her p*ssed off).

There is a whole generation who speak like Ali G around here! They even spell 'lyk it innit loool an dat'
i remember you saying you're Mum is a Spurs fan! Well I hope she is ok about it. Penalties are a lottery.
I walked to the supermarket on my own this morning. 5 minute walk there. 20 back! Its cos I was holding 'heavy' shopping bags. 2 pints of milk. 1 Liter grape juice. Bacon, eggs, bread and 2 packs of paracetamol! It took another 30 minutes to recover!!

Reach for the Scotch again Johhny, that'll help in your recovery - either that or call one of the coffee and cream twins in one of your other pictures :P

I'm thinking of having a go at Pilates when I get a bit stonger.
-
Pilates is really good for getting your body working without stressing it. Depending where you go to do it, there are some great machines for back alignment and general strengh building - I used to do it in Canary Wharf. The woman who owned the club (who is very cute), just opened a new place (http://www.tran-quility.co.uk/pilates/ (http://www.tran-quility.co.uk/pilates/) - she is the one demo'ing the equipment). They do rehabilitation training too.

Spurs were robbed! They were all over man u.
haha, no..
spurs played to the same level as united for a large part of the game, but just because they are generally a lesser team doesnt mean they deserve to win becasuse they raised thier game for the cup final.
united had more shots and more possesion by quite some way

Another day out yesterday. A trip to the local guitar shop, PC world and watched a Weller tribute called The Modfather last night in Walthamstow. Great band, really enjoyed it.
