I was in two minds about posting this as the playing is a bit loose as I certainly wasn't concentrating but we were rehearsing yesterday and did this but it gives an idea of the sound I use. Apache bridge pickup in my hardtail 1970's Strat via Laney VC30 and DHA Purist pedalwith a touch of reverb from the amp. The other guitar is my other Strat played by the other guitarist in the band and that has Slowhands in it-played through a solid state Laney "World Series" amp.

				Nice :D

(I'm assuming the lead was you and the Apache - I was listening to that, not the other guitar)

If I ever get another... NO! I'm not going down that route... (at the moment anyway )

Enjoyed that   :guitar4: - great to hear some single coils in this section.

Listened to this yesterday and forgot to post - sorry Steve

 Sounds great  :D

You are too kind- we were just messing and it is very very sloppy-even by my standards!

Now you're getting the rest of us worried... (ie "crumbs, if this is "very very sloppy"... are my own standards too low?!")

Sure, I can hear why you were in two minds - but sit back a bit and listen again - there's a really good feel to the playing, it's inventive, it's got a nice tone, the guy is talking with his guitar... etc, etc...
