Snap Tie came 7th. He got held up a bit. He was first out of the big odds prices to win. Not that it makes an iota of difference!!

My Father has given up work and declared he is now on holiday (in his chair, watching TV) until this all blows over
Which is a bit of a bum as I need to get orders as to what to do!
I do enjoy watching the races and having a bet, but not in front of the tele, I want to be on site. Shame that my old man gets pissed too much and falls over so he can't make it there.

This sounds like fun! Loads of blokes behave this way at this time of year! Now then Will, your father wouldn't happen to be an Irishman would he?  :D I'd love to go to this event, it is proper racing no airs and graces, English V Irish, loads of Guinness and loads of fun!

Kauto Star left them all standing in the end, eh :-)
Woman sat opposite me had Exotic Dancer to place, more through luck than judgement I think - she liked the name ;)

I know he was amazing today, left them all in his wake. The jockey pulled my one up, he was up there but that race is all about stamina and Kauto Star had that in spades. Brilliant race though.  :D
