What do you think??

we used an unusual combination for the guitar tracks:::

Rickenbacker 12 string + Vintage RAT + JTM45 clon with original KT66 + Weber alnico speakers + sennheiser 421

There's a Fender HR Deluxe mixed in, but not much.

I have no headphones atm (my wife destroyed my nice little sony headphones (MDR-EX71SL with Neodymium magnets <SULK>) so I'm relying on my laptop speakers.

I liked the tone, and have always liked Ric 12s with the right amount of fuzz / distortion.

Personally (from these speakers) I would have liked the octave strings to be a little more obvious (but that's just me).

It would be interesting to have heard the RAT & 12 string through somthing an amp I would associate with a Ric 12, somthing like an old Fender or even a Rolan Jazz chorus.

What model of Ric iwas the guitar as I'm intending to buy one (if I ever get the money together).

--> That's a shame. The sound of those speakers is normally rather poor. Please try again on something else

--> I agree

--> Well, I don't think it could be done. The extra strings kind of melted with the others forming a massive distorted chorused guitar sound.

--> Uhmmmm... maybe

--> Can't recall it right now. Sorry. If I find out I'll let yo know for sure
