some bloke is using a high speed scientific camera to analysis people's picking technique in slow mo, something for people who widdly widdly widdly woo anyway

Rusty cooley looks really tense and moves his whole arm. This is like the opposite technique to what most pro shredmasters say. Relax and use the wrist.
