Title: FINAL FANTASY fans -- 24 hrs 'til FF XIII!

Tomorrow is the Japanese release of Advent Children Complete on Blu-ray with added footage, etc. I think that the real selling point is the bonus disc of the FF XIII demo. Granted, it's the 50% battle system demo and is built off the PS2 engine, not the White/Crystal/whatever they are now calling the PS3 engine; plus,it's in Japanese, but I feel like I've been waiting forever from first preorder to actual release!

I know most people on this forum are not NA/JP Region 1. But is anyone else getting the Limited Edition of Advent Children? Mine ships tomorrow from NCS, and arrives on Friday, which means I'll be playing the demo this weekend (fingers crossed) !!

I want to see the added footage.

I don't have my PS3 with me, so even if I did get the demo I couldn't play it.

But I am a Final Fantasy VII/VIII/X fan.

I just found out from Play-Asia.com that, although the movie is Region 1 encoded, the game demo is Region free!

I love the FF series, althouhg I don't want to get sucked in again otherwise I'll disappear & become a bloddy hermit!

I lived in japan for 8 years and yeah and their are two things that rampant japanese fanboys will shell out the moolah for, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and Final Fantasy!

I'm sure Square Enix is laughing all the way to the bank :)

My copy shipped today. Scheduled to arrive tomorrow.

Looking forward to seeing how good the Blu-ray transfer of the movie looks, as the DVD is stunning.

I was at a Dragon Dance today, foo'!

The DVD did arrive today, but I'm too knackered to deal with popping either disc in.

The packaging is superb. More details to follow. :)
